Associate Compensation: Survey Signals Approval of Trend

Bruce MacEwan reported last week, on his blog Adam Smith, Esq., about a poll he had taken to address the question: Are Associate Salaries Justified? The poll drew just over 300 votes, and the short version of the results is that the majority feel that, as Bruce put it, “there’s ample justification for paying associates handsomely.”  He shares the complete results on his post.
