The recently-released “Law Firm Technology Leadership Study” commissioned by ALM found that law firms represent a $2.5 billion opportunity for technology marketers over the next 12 months. The study, conducted by Millward Brown, known for its biannual IntelliQuest CIMS Studies on technology purchasing behavior, is based on surveys from an extensive national sample of senior law firm decision makers involved in technology purchasing.
The study provides insight into law firm IT needs, purchasing patterns and decision-making by senior law firm managers and senior IT/tech managers within law firms and many other significant findings.
