Associate Compensation: London Offices of LeBoeuf Lamb, Dechert

According to a recent report in Legal Week New York-based LeBoeuf Lamb Greene & MacRae and Dechert have each increased salaries for their London associates. LeBoeuf raised its newly-qualified rate to £75,000 (about $US136,475). Dechert has introduced a flexible structure with starting salaries for most newly-qualifieds set at £56,000 (US$101,880) and those working in financial services making £66,000 ($US120,069).
