Associate Salary: Atlanta-Based Firm Raises Salaries Twice in Two Weeks

According to the FultonCountyDaily Report , Troutman Sanders, the first Atlanta-based firm to raise associate pay in the recent wave of salary increases a few weeks back, has raised salaries yet again. The first pay bump put Atlantaassociates at $125,000; the second matches the $130,000 starting salary that has now become the new top rate at several big Atlantafirms, including Rogers & Hardin. Other Atlanta-based firms that have raised starting pay to $130,000 recently include Alston & Bird, King & Spalding. The Atlantaoffices of national firms Jones Day and DLA Piper raised Atlantastarting pay to $135,000.
